At Spider, we want you to love your clothes and accessories. If something doesn't fit quite right, we're here to help!

Hassle-Free Returns

Enjoy a generous 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to try on your new items and ensure they're perfect.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

Contact our friendly customer service team. They'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.

Important: Do not send returns without contacting us first! Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll address the issue promptly.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for return. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to ask.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, color, or style, return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order without explanation. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Missing Refunds

If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
